Service Cancellations & Returns

1. General Policy
Fidelity Solutions aims to provide transparent billing and hassle-free resolutions. Refunds or credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the service report, photos, and conversations with the technician or project manager.
2. Same-Day Service Cancellation
- Cancelations made more than 2 hours before the slot are free of charge.
- If the technician has already been dispatched or reached the site, a visit fee between ₹250 and ₹500 (depending on zone) will be charged.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Advance & Project Payments
- Advances for solar, CCTV, or multi-unit HVAC work become non-refundable once procurement begins.
- If a project is shelved due to external disapprovals (DISCOM, society NOC, structural limitations), we refund the unutilized balance after deducting surveys, design, and logistics costs.
- Change requests after installation starts may attract additional labor or material charges.
4. Hardware & Spare Parts
Installed components such as AC compressors, CCTV cameras, DVRs, solar modules, inverters, or pest-control equipment are covered by manufacturer warranty. We do not offer cash refunds once a part is installed and commissioned. Defects reported within 48 hours are replaced without additional labor cost, subject to inspection.
5. Service Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with workmanship, notify our support desk within 48 hours. We will arrange a free revisit to rectify the job. Refunds are considered only when the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment mode. Bank transfer timelines may vary by institution. You will receive an acknowledgment once the refund is initiated.
