Agreement for Services in Lucknow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, confirming, or paying for any Fidelity Solutions service you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions along with any service-specific proposal that may be shared in writing. If you do not agree with any clause, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Service Scope

We deliver technical services that include (but are not limited to) AC repair and installation, solar EPC projects, pest control treatments, and CCTV deployment. The exact inclusions for a visit are detailed in the work order or quotation shared with you and can differ based on property type, site readiness, and compliance requirements.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Service slots are confirmed only after our team acknowledges the date and time via call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Rescheduling requests must reach us at least 4 working hours before the visit for routine jobs and 24 working hours prior for large projects.
  • Customers must provide safe access to the work area, basic utilities (electricity, water), and any permissions required by societies or authorities.

4. Pricing & Quotations

  • Phone or chat estimates are indicative. Final quotes follow an on-site audit or review of shared photos/videos.
  • If you decline to proceed after diagnostics, a nominal visit or inspection fee becomes payable immediately.
  • Solar pricing is subject to rooftop feasibility, net-metering approvals, and prevailing subsidy notifications in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Quoted prices remain valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise mentioned in writing.

5. Payments & Taxes

Payments must be made via the authorized channels communicated by Fidelity Solutions (UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or cash receipts). Large projects such as solar, multi-zone HVAC, or full-site CCTV deployments require an advance between 40% and 60% before material procurement. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the service area is free from obstacles and personal items so technicians can work safely.
  • Provide accurate information about previous repairs, electrical load, pest history, or structural limitations.
  • Obtain permissions, NOCs, or lift access approvals from resident welfare associations or landlords when required.

7. Warranty & Aftercare

  • AC repair workmanship carries a 30 day warranty unless caused by voltage fluctuation, physical damage, or negligence.
  • Solar, CCTV, and pest control warranties follow respective OEM or treatment plans, and documentation is shared at handover.
  • Warranty stands void if third parties alter wiring, relocate equipment, or use non-genuine spares without our consent.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Same-day cancellations for routine visits may attract the minimum visit fee.
  • Project cancellations after advance payment are subject to deductions for site surveys, design time, and procured hardware.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days through the original payment mode.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fidelity Solutions is not responsible for consequential losses, business interruption, or data loss arising from equipment failure, power quality issues, natural calamities, or third-party interference. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Compliance & Safety

Customers must disclose any hazardous materials, structural weaknesses, or site-specific safety protocols in advance. Our teams comply with BIS, electrical, and DISCOM norms and may decline or defer work if conditions are unsafe or permissions are unavailable.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

Fidelity Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in regulation, pricing, or service capabilities. The revision date at the top of this page indicates the latest version; continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
